PSUS currently has a total of 51 staff members, including 21 female and 30 male employees. The organization operates through its head office, field offices, and a team of 36 dedicated volunteers. This team consists of committed professionals devoted to improving the socio-economic conditions of marginalized communities.
Most of the staff specialize in project management, community development, and training in areas such as poverty alleviation, education, the rights of persons with disabilities, health, agriculture, and climate change.
